Will BREXIT open up new opportunities for rejected asylumseekers?

Some of the British people who voted to leave the EU did so because they said they did not want to have all those EU-migrants (read Polish people) in their country. I wonder if they by leaving the EU not open a huge backdoor in the EU-asylum framework that will backfire on the UK.

At the moment when someone asks for asylum in for instance The Netherlands or enters the EU in The Netherlands on a visa and then ends up asking asylum in France according to the Dublin Regulation it will be The Netherlands who will be responsible for handling the asylumrequest.
The Dublin Regulation (Regulation No. 604/2013; sometimes the Dublin III Regulation; previously the Dublin II Regulation and Dublin Convention) is a European Union (EU) law that determines the EU Member State responsible to examine an application for asylum seekers seeking international protection under the Geneva Convention and the EU Qualification Directive, within the European Union. 1

But what will happen the moment the UK leaves it's EU family? I assume as now the Dublin rules are incorporated into the EU-law framework the UK will also be outside of the area regulated by the Dublin Regulation. Or will it try do get a status as Iceland and without being an EU-country still be a memberstate of the Dublin Regulation?

If not, the UK might see more migrants then they bargained for. Not the Dutch IT technician or the Polish welder but a stampede coming from the rejected refugee-camps near Calais. Because when the UK is on it's own again they will have to decide on each asylumrequest done on their shores as they might have left the EU by then but are still memberstates of the Refugeetreaty.
