Vragenlijst Visadienst in bezwaarzaken (English version)

Als je in bezwaar gaat tegen de afwijzing van een visum stuurt de IND je een enorme lijst met vragen voor de buitenlandse bezoeker. In het Nederlands!

Hier een vertaling (niet een officiele maar het helpt met de vragen aan de client voorleggen)

What is the purpose of the visit?
From when till when will you visit?
Who is the person you will stay with? (Surname, first name, male or female, street, housenumber, postal code, town, what is your relationship with that person)
Have you been in the EU before? Yes/No. What country? When? What was the purpose of that visit?
To what country will you go upon leaving The Netherlands?
Are you sure you will be allowed into that country? If yes why? (nationality, residence permit, visa etc. from when till when)
Which guarantee can you give you will leave in time?
Do you pay for the trip yourself?
How will you travel to The Netherlands? Plane, boat, car, bus, train, other?

Personal information of the “referent” (the one where you will be staying or who is paying for the trip
