The Werkgroep Vreemdelingenrecht is a thinktank of dedicated immigration lawyers. Most of us are attorneys working in different firms but one of us teaches immigration law at a college. We pride ourselves in trying to give clients the best legal advice and assistance possible. That is why we meet on a regular basis to discuss the developments in our legal field and learn from each other's expertise. Moving to another country is complicated as it is but the legal aspects have so many loopholes and bogs that good advice is essential. And that is what we can offer. Conferentie 'Wijkteams: effectief omgaan met diversiteit' Artikel - 30 augustus 2017 Nu de startfase van wijkteams is afgerond, komt er meer ruimte om te werken aan het effectief omgaan met diversiteitsvraagstukken. Dit is nodig omdat wijkteams bewoners met een migratieachtergrond niet altijd optimaal bereiken en omdat cultuurverschillen en communicatieproblemen een rol kunnen spelen. KIS organiseert op 30 oktober een conferentie hierover. In deze conferentie biedt KIS praktische tools en concrete tips over de wijze waarop wijkteams diversiteit duurzaam een plaats kunnen geven in het reguliere werk.
