VACATURE: Inhouse immigration Lawyer

Your
Expat Agency is an awesome Expat Relocation startup that is about to
scale-up. We currently have a team of 10 people divided over two
business units. We already work for big international companies such as
Just Eat Takeaway and Capgemini. Next year we are going to grow and
improve basically everything, revenue, team size, customer satisfaction
and much more.

landing when they come to the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities of our next Inhouse Immigration Lawyer:
- You will have the final responsibility for all immigration legal advice
- You will be coordinating with the IND, consulates and ambassy’s
- You will advise new clients during pre-sales meetings
- Reviewing contracts
Your background:
- 5-10 years of experience with expat immigration
- Specific experience with Visa applications, the IND, and relevant laws and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Eagerness to work on a collaborative engagement
