ICC zoekt Sudanezen
The International Criminal Court (‘ICC’) situated in the Hague Netherlands is responsible for conducting investigations and subsequent trial proceedings against persons involved in Genocide, War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity. Following a referral from the United Nations Security Council on 31 March 2005, the Office of the Prosecutor (‘OTP’) commenced investigations into the situation in Darfur, Sudan. These investigations are continuing.
The investigation team is seeking your assistance to be notified of persons who fit a certain criteria. Attached are three documents (Arabic, English and French) which provide the parameters of persons sought by the OTP. We encourage you to forward to other NGO / Diaspora networks (outside Sudan) who may be able to assist with this inquiry.Darfur Investigation Team
