The Migrant Justice and the Far Right Summit 2026
The Migrant Justice and the Far Right Summit 2026 is bringing together organisers, migrant communities, campaigners and movements building power against the far right.
📍 Central London
🗓 13 and 14 June
JCWI will be facilitating a workshop at the event. This is about building resistance together. Building community together. Refusing fear and division, and standing for a future rooted in justice, dignity and solidarity.
A two‑day gathering for everyone building power against the far-right
Fascism is here, but so is the resistance.
Join us for two days building collective power to combat the rise of the far-right in our communities. We will be uniting minds from across migrant and racial justice movements, as well as community defence networks and organisers from across the housing, trade union and climate movements to build unified strategy and collective action to stop hatred in its tracks.
Key information
Dates: 13 & 14 June 2026 (provisional new date - TBC soon)
Time: 9.30am - 5pm
Location: Central London, exact location to be emailed to participants directly
What the summit is for
- Building shared analysis of how the far-right and state policies are converging to endanger migrant and racialised communities - and the anti-fascist movement itself.
- Bringing together networks that rarely meet, to name the coalition‑building already happening and to plan the next phase of it.
- Documenting what we learn, through visual and written materials that can be used by organisers, councillors, funders, and community groups.
- Strengthening relationships and momentum after the 2026 local elections and the struggles that will follow.
What the summit feels like
A space where people who are usually firefighting can breathe, think, and connect. A space where frontline organisers, researchers, artists, and community groups can learn from each other without hierarchy. A space where the work already happening across the country becomes visible - and where we can decide, together, how to scale it.
This is not another panel event. It’s a gathering for people who know that fascism is already here, who are already resisting it, and who want to build the power we need to win.
Who should attend
- Community organisers, volunteers and leaders
- Academics and students working on migration or bordering
- Campaigners and practitioners in the migration and intersecting sectors
- Local government staff interested in community engagement and messaging
