Postdoc Research project ‘Law in the everyday lives of mixed families’ This project addresses the question how ‘mixed’ couples experience law in their everyday lives, how they address legal issues and with what results. The methodology used in this project will consist of a socio-legal analysis, mainly based on qualitative interviews with couples. Tasks • conduct research as described above, leading to academic publications; • participate in coordinating tasks in the management of the project; • participate in co-supervision of PhD students; • organise conference(s) and edit edited volume; • (limited) undergraduate teaching. Requirements Candidates have a PhD, have demonstrable affinity with the topic of (regulation of) mixed intimacies and experience with socio-legal research. If candidates have equal qualifications on all other points, we will give preference to candidates who can speak French, Italian and English (preferably all three languages) ....
