Trump is wrong stating refusing visa and close the border helps Americans get a job. It however might fight Corona

The argument that not giving a visa will help Americans get jobs is invalid as visitors visas normally create a lot of jobs because tourists spend a lot of money: hotels, restaurants,car hire, shopping, conferences etc. I read the US has a visa backlog. Regarding his COVID reasoning: The Netherlands is refusing visa due to COVID / Corona Americans however have visa free travel to The Netherlands and I rather would see them stay home when possible. And if Trump sees danger in international travel maybe he should keep his own citizens home too as they will return to the US as well (And I rather would like them to stay away from my country as well)

My former client Rohit from India wanted to share his tourist visa story with you (And you can see it is not easy)

Hello Everyone, Myself Rohit Agarwal, a businessman from India, I am writing on this blog to share my story about How I met Ms. Wytzia Raspe, How she helped me to enter in the Schengen area, or I should say because of her I got the opportunity to enter Schengen area and made my dream come true. So I am telling you the full story from the beginning. 

 It was a year of 2015 I met my very good friend in India, who stays in Paris, I met her in September and we were in continuous talking terms, after fee months she invited me to Paris for Christmas and New year’s celebration , I was like ok and happy too that finally I will visit Paris and roam the city of lights with her, I applied for my Schengen visa through French Consulate in New Delhi with all the required documents, And I was so positive that I will get a visa very easily, because previously I was in United kingdom for 2 years for my post graduation and I travelled some countries also like United Arab Emirates,Singapore, Malaysia.

So my travel agent and I was so sure that I will get one, but after a week of my application, I got a rejection which broke me very much because I was packing my bags and stuff for my holidays in Paris, and the reason for rejection that stated in the letter that “Your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained” I was shocked to hear that news , I got that news though my friend who collected my passport because she was also accompanying me in my trip , and luckily she got the visa and My visa was refused , all the plans shattered my dream to go to Paris, I was still in a shocking situation that how they refused my visa so easily in spite of the fact that I have a travel history and I provided all the required documents, But luckily my friend who got her visa gone to Paris for New year’s celebration and I was Happy for her and still dreaming for such a trip for myself. 

Then after one and half year I was again planning to go toPparis in summers time but this time through a big travel company like Cox and kings, because in my earlier case when I discuss about my previous visa rejection many people and travel experts suggested me that you got the rejection because you were going alone and in your age around 30 embassies keep a strict age on this age group specially unmarried person that they have more chances to get married and settle in their countries, so by keeping that point, I again applied my Schengen visa through French consulate from New Delhi but this time I made all the bookings and formalities done through “Cox and Kings “ one of the reputed companies working globally, After a week of my visa application , I got my result but this time again a refusal, by stating two reasons i.e “The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable”and one more reason i.e “Your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained “. this thing shattered me completely that how they can refuse my visa again although I applied through a big travel company, and travel company visa experts and I was so sure that we will get the visa this time, but all in vain, I was in continuous talks with The travel company that How you made my application so weak and You people were so sure and again I got the refusal, they showed me all the bookings and itineraries to gain my confidence but no one can understand my pain this time.

 This time I thought to send Emails to French embassy that what they want now what more documents or proofs They want from me And I sent more than 15 mails to the French embassy but every time I got an receiving acknowledgement that it no further replies this made me contemplating that how irresponsible they can be they didn’t replied any of my mails , I sent them approximately 15-18 mails but they didn’t reply my single email, then I stopped everything Now I am in that stage If I discuss with any travel agent or any travel agency that I Want to go to schengen area and I got two refusals earlier all travel agents and agencies clearly stated me that they don’t want to take my case because there is no chance that I will get the visa and some who are ready to take mg case clears me every time that there are very less chances that you will get the visa. 

Now I am like depressed now not completely but yeah half depressed that how a visa thing can be so difficult, Now I again planned my trip within few days of my refusal that I will again apply for a fresh visa application through Another consulate this time I was planning through The Netherlands consulate but before applying I had a deep discussion with one my newly made acquaintances through web search , I found this guy through my web search and I told him everything that I got two refusals earlier and now I want an expert advice to prepare my application , this guy is a travel experts and use to travel frequently to schengen countries , so some how I trusted him for preparing my application, Meanwhile I was also sending mails to The Netherlands embassy, that I got two refusals earlier and this time I wanted to visit Amsterdam and was asking them If I am eligible to apply and If they consider me for visa thing but they clearly stated that They will check my application individually they don’t want to consider my previous rejections and if my application would be ok I will get one. And some how I was happy and sure this time that I will get one definitely because I was in continuous talks with The dutch embassy through Emails and this time my application is preparing by me all the bookings and all with the help of a travel expert, The time came to apply for the visa , I went to New Delhi third time for the visa thing and I applied my visa and came back to my home town, this time I was not preparing realistically but yeah mentally and virtually that I will get my visa, a week passed by I got the result and this time thrice I got the refusal by stating the reasons: “Justification of the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not provided.” “Your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained” Its like a cancer for me now that am I a terrorist or who I am that By submitting all the documents, spending money,and in continuous talks with The Netherlands consulate , still I got the refusal oh, my god what is happening with me, I am completely broken now.

But what to do , again I send mails to The Netherlands consulate that I made all the things clear to you all the proofs I provided And you people still refused, but they clearly stated me that this is not a sole decision of the embassy they made this decision after I submitted my application and they also sated me that you can apply again and If you think the decision made by the embassy is wrong you can appeal, and As I knew appeal is not an easy task and rarely people go for appeal its like to challenge the embassy for their decision and this appeal process should be done in their home country like I applied my visa through The Netherlands so appeal formalities should be done in The Netherlands only and lawyer should be of that country only. By knowing this no one would like to go for appeal . And this Is my 3rd refusal , I already spent thousands of INR in first time in visa fees, second time in visa fees and travel company package, third time in visa fees and travel expert advice fees and travelling expenses to New delhi too , and If i speak about time I can’t count even, How much I wasted my time in all the three applications, Time spent + Money spent= 0 results with lot of depression and frustration. After a few days of my refusal I started to search online visa forums, I spent hours sitting online and discussing m

My case in online visa forums where many travel and visa experts, immigration experts, used to discuss about visa related issues globally, I used to sit online and keep asking about the solutions, I also stated that one of my sister stays in United kingdom and she is a British citizen there, I also done my post graduation from there , so some visa experts stated that you can get the UK visa easily through the invitation letter of your sister and after getting a UK visa you will also get a Schengen visa, but I know this is not a guarantee or a reason to get a schengen visa and I don’t want to go to Uk so Why would I apply for UK visa and what If UK embassy also refused my visa by seeing my previous rejections this will be the worst situation for me. Its like banned from Europe, I used to discuss my case with reputed travel agencies, after listening my case they were not even asking me to apply again for a schengen visa they clearly states me that you will not get the schengen visa because three time rejection is a very big thing, you should not apply for the schengen visa, because there are chances that you will be banned to enter schengen countries and by thinking all these, this situation ha

This situation haunts me like anything ,that time I only used to pray that if In future I will get a schengen visa, I will do one good thing to thank the god, but internally I was broken, During these days I also used to search on LinkedIn that Any visa expert or immigration lawyer in The Netherlands or globally who can help me in this situation

And luckily After continuous searching I found one on linkedIn her name is “Wytzia Raspe “ I contacted her on linkedIn only and told her each and everything about my visa rejections thrice and on daily basis I used to discuss with her on LinkedIn only, after few days and continuous discussions I trusted her, She sounds very genuine but I was scared still that I haven’t thought these kind of things appeal and all, this situation haunts me like to challenge an embassy is a very big thing and what If embassy would prove me wrong again, that will be the worst thing, but one thing is clear in my mind that I have all the genuine documents, proofs, Why should I take a back step, and If I will take the back-step there is no other way to come out from this situation, appeal is the only solution to prove me genuine and get a schengen visa, there is no other way, but what haunts me that countless people get visa rejection and very few people go for appeal thing, because appeal should be done in the Visiting country and lawyer should be of that visiting country

And luckily I found my lawyer On LinkedIn Ms. “Wytzia Raspe” my saviour, I should say, She asked me to give power of attorney to her, I gave that through a letter which was duly signed by me, and done some formalities also, Wytzia clearly stated me that it will take 3 months for the appeal procedure, I appealed in the mid of August 2017, and she also cleared me that you have to provide immense proofs for your authenticity so be ready, and there is no guarantee that you will get a positive result, but somewhere I know I have all the genuine documents, and now I am ready for this legal fight now, as Wytzia started the appeal process, she asked me for various documents of me, and as the time passing by, she asked me documents of my business like Whom people I use to Deal, who are my clients, bills, purchase and sale bills, business proof, my mother documents, my father documents, my brother documents, my brother’s wife documents and her little son, because we all people staying together and to prove my authentication, Wytzia required all the documents and in the mean while I also provided my education proofs from India and London, my address proofs from London, my degrees and all, In few words I should say Too many documents, proofs which was not easy for anyone to provide because That time its been 5 years since I left London, and provide address proofs from there was a tough task for me, but Some how I provided , months passing by, I also provided the Email conversation between me and The Netherlands embassy, when I used to sent mails to embassy to ask for visa before applying the visa thing, I also provided all the mails to Wytzia, and as the time passing by Was continuously providing proofs of my authentication to Wytzia,

It is a month of November that day 14th I got a mail from The Netherlands Embassy that You got the positive result of your case and I cant share that feeling, That how Happy I was, I was feeling like “ The Rohit” that time I suddenly sent that mail to Wytzia and she told me that yeah She got a Hint on 11th November but she was waiting for the final Result, and Now You git the positive result, I still don’t know How to thank this Lady my saviour for their help, Because of her I got the positive result, Then I called my sister in london and shared the good news and share with my family members too, they all were so happy and giving their good blessings to Wytzia, I also called my friend in Paris and told her about the news she was so happy by hearing this, and told me to visit Amsterdam soon.

The Netherlands embassy stated that I have three months time to go to the embassy with some documents and my travel plan and bookings, to get a visa without any fees and prior appointment, I was soo happy by reading that email from the embassy, and in November also I made a plan to Visit to Hongkong And Macau for a 6 day trip and I went there and had a good time , As the time is approaching, In the month of cold December I made my travel plan to visit to The Netherlands made the itinerary, done all the bookings, and went to The Netherlands Embassy, for the visa, they took my passport and all the required documents, I have done few formalities like finger prints and photo thing, and they asked me to come the very next day to collect the passport, but i had to catch the train in the night to go to my hometown back, so I asked them that I will write a letter and delegate the authority to one of my friend in Delhi, and by showing the letter he will collect my passport, the embassy personnel said ok, On the next day My friend went to the embassy collected my passport and called me and sent a picture of the visa which was missing in my passport from last three years after continuous efforts, but now I got one so happy, on 9th of january 2018, I got my visa done and now its time to pack my bags and do all the necessary preparations to go to amsterdam, now the time comes to depart from New delhi to Amsterdam, on 1st feb I reached to New Delhi to catch my flight to Amsterday, later hours or in the midnight I took my flight to Amsterdam and on 2nd february I reached to Amsterdam, In Amsterdam my friend from paris and one of her friend from paris also accompanying me in amsterdam

And my sister also joined me in Amsterdam , she flew from london to amsterdam just to join us and we all had a very good time there or I should say the best and most memorable trip ever, it was only made possible by Ms. Wytzia raspe my saviour, truly a generous lady, Thank you so much Wytzia, I know these words are so small in front of your help you did to me.
