Position: Fundraising & Grant Writing Intern Hours: 25-40 hours/week, opportunity to work remotely is possible Location: Oxford, UK Remuneration: This is a volunteer position The Fahamu Refugee Programme ( www.refugeelegalaidinformation.org ) is seeking an intern to assist with the development of funding proposals. FRP works to achieve better protection of refugee rights worldwide by networking legal assistance providers with resources and training, and facilitating access to free legal assistance and information for refugees around the world. Founded in 2009, FRP has a small but growing staff, and its monthly newsletter is read by legal advocates, academics, policy makers and refugees in nearly every country in the world. It is currently reliant on a grant from the Harry Frank Guggenheim Foundation, and we are eager to identify and pursue additional funding sources in order to better assist refugees and legal aid providers worldwide.
