EURES (EURopean Employment Services)   "De werkgever heeft onvoldoende gezocht naar kandidaten (artikel 8, eerste lid. aanhef en onder c van de Wavi  De werkgever moet met bewijsstukken laten zien dat hij gezocht heeft naar kandidaten voor de functie. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld via personeelsadvertenties, het uitzendbureau of vacaturesites. De werkgever moet vooral hebben gezocht in de drie maanden voor de aanvraag. Ook moet de werkgever in de andere EU/EER-landen en Zwitserland gezocht hebben, bijvoorbeeld via Eures. De werkgever moet stukken met de aanvraag meesturen waaruit blijkt wanneer, waar, binnen welke periode en met welke tekst gezocht is."
