Let op: de overkant van de plas had niet de Terugkeerrichtlijn ondertekend. Nou is de vraag of die - omdat hij niet geldt voor EU onderdanen voor Chavez- verblijfsgerechtigden wel geldt maar dat is een andere vraag.
